*Work Party Sunday 10am-ish June 12th, all help is appreciated. I will be on-site around 1pm to layout the roads and main site. so that on ....
*Tuesday June 14th Site Setup. 10am or so, we will assemble any community equipment we have for the event. After that if you want a headstart on setting up your own encampment, feel free, but site equipment must be done first. This headstart is as always a perk for those who help put the equipment up!
When : Site Opens June 15 12 noon and closes June 19 1 pm.
Where : Youngforest Ancestral Lands / 880 Goshen Road, Shelly, Idaho (Firth actually but explain that to the post office)
Estimated Event Share of Expenses (Site Fees if you will) : Whole Event $40 Adults/ $20 Minor (17 -13)/ $0 12 and Under
Daypass $10 Adult / $5 Minor per day
Cash only / Exact Change
(As to a weekend onlyprice, just daypass the number of days you will attend.)

Rules :
Common sense goes a long way, So to save time, don't break the law.
Do Not drive on the dikes. Do not damage the site.
When you drive, Idle, Speed limit is 5mph or less.
Obey your Hosts and event staff.
Parking may end up tight, so don't waste space, and don't block others, they may need to leave fast.
Playground closes at dark, Kids should be in camp after dark.
Remember in your celebrations at night some people are sleeping, keep the noise levels down.
Event T-Shirts: The Dream Lives on / Un-Rising 2016 front, Other two slogans optional on back. The person making the shirts is expected to be in surgery during the event, so if you are not local they will be shipped to you. IF you are local, Jamie said she will refund the shipping fees when you get your shirt (Pay pal didn't give her a no shipping option). Orders will also be taken on-site.
Consignment! Old garb? Unused fabric? Excess feast gear? Bring whatever you no longer need to the Smiling Viking and Consignment shop! Same location as usual. Lots and lots of leg wraps. We look forward to seeing all of you! PS, I am hoping to downsize a bit, so there will be some really good deals on my stock.

Merchants are welcome, There is no merchanting fees but please contact Cheralee England - cenglandjohns@gmail.com to let her know how many feet of frontage you need for town center layout. Those merchants who filed a SC124 for Uprising keep it, the state will update it, Those who have not, we will have your SC124 form to fill out on-site.
